Narration
Today we started a fun unit on storytelling through the use of Pixar in a Box. We also discussed something we learned from our awesome Q&A with Ariko today.
Comment ça va?
Please click on the link below and navigate to the Microsoft Form to answer comment ça va in french.
Please answer the other questions on the form in English.

Ariko
Today we had the opportunity to join in on the Q&A with the Franco-Ontarian band, Ariko. Students had the opportunity to hear questions answered such as how long they have been playing, what happens if they mess up on stage, what instruments they play, and more.
Les Peripeties Des Soeures Anodine
Today we continued our story about two sister who have been captured by pirates. The two sisters use storytelling to share memories of their parents who have been missing. The pirates who captured the sisters know where their parents are, and are looking for the parents as well.

This storytelling from the sisters led us perfectly into our new unit on storytelling.

Pixar in a Box
We started our lesson by watching both of these videos with the French subtitles turned on. We got to hear the unique perspective of Pixar animators on their work. We heard how they took experiences and memories they had and put them into the stories they create. After hearing about these stories we moved on to thinking about our own stories. We thought about a very memorable moment and what emotion that made us feel.
Activité #1
Using the Microsoft form below you are going to start thinking about your memories to tell a unique story. Answer the questions in the form to keep track of your ideas.
Pense d’un memoire que tu connu trés bien (Think of a memory you know very well)
Pourquio est-ce que tu peut connu trés bien? (Why do you remeber it well?)
Choisi les émotions que tu peut relier avec ton memoire (Think about the emotion you feel when you think of that memory)

I hope you enjoy these activities and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
